Thursday Evening Slow Candlelit Flow, Tedburn St Mary 6.30-7.30pm
Step into a space of warmth and softness. This Thursday evening class is an invitation to slow down, unwind, and move mindfully.
Guided by candlelight, we’ll flow through gentle movement—tuning into the breath, releasing tension, and inviting a sense of ease into the body and mind. This practice is about allowing yourself to simply be.
Whether you arrive feeling restless, tired, or in need of stillness, you will leave feeling peaceful and relaxed.
Friday Rise and Shine Flow, 8.30-9.30am
Greet the day with a steady, energising flow designed to wake up the body and refresh the mind. This class blends mindful movement with breath, creating warmth, strength, and a sense of ease as you step into the day.
Expect an uplifting practice—we’ll flow with intention. Whether you're shaking off the week or setting the tone for the weekend, you'll leave feeling refreshed, centered, and ready to move forward with clarity.

Sunday Restorative Rhythms, 10.00-11.15am
A gentle, grounding practice to ease into your Sunday with softness and presence. This class is all about unwinding—moving slowly, breathing deeply, and letting go of the week behind you.
Through fluid movement and longer-held postures, we’ll release tension, settle the mind, and invite a deep sense of relaxation. Think of this as a moving meditation—a chance to nourish and reset before the week ahead.
